Samuel Rubel, president of the Ebling Brewery Company, announced yesterday the endowment of three public auditoriums—two in Brooklyn and one in the Bronx—for the free use of civic and charitable organizations.

The auditoriums, which are part of the three Ebling plants, will hold 1,500 people each. Any civic or charitable organization will be able to use an auditorium twice each year without incurring any expense.
