A call for the immediate creation of a Jewish provisional government in Palestine was voiced here last night by Dr. Louis Altman, president of the United Zionists-Revisionists of Palestine, addressing a meeting of more than 700 people.

Declaring that the solution of the of the world Jewish problem is of vital interest to the entire world, Dr. Altman asserted that for the Jews it was “a question of life and death.” He asserted that the “anti-Zionist policy in Palestine has aroused active anti-Semitism in the Middle East; the unsolved Jewish problem and anti-Semitism, its accompanying factor, is more dangerous to world peace than the atomic bomb.”
