A memorandum suggesting means of combatting anti-Semitism in Great Britain was presented to Home Secretary James Chuter Ede today by a delegation of the Board of Deputies of British Jews headed by Gordon Liverman. Mr. Ede promised he would give the memorandum careful consideration.
