A suit claiming £60,000 damages was brought against the Jewish Colonial Trust by Simon and Nathan Epstein, foreign bankers here.

The suit is a sequel to the proceedings taken by the Zionist bank against the Epstein brothers in a charge of conspiracy to defraud the bank of £30,000 in stock exchange transactions. The brothers were acquitted of the charge, the Jewish Colonial Trust sustaining the loss.
