Bronx Non-kosher Case Postponed Until Aug. 6

Charged with selling non-kosher products as Kosher, the Bronx National Kosher Sausage Factory Co., 1353 Boston Road, of which Leon Tarlow is named as owner, was yesterday granted a postponement until August 6. On the date the case will be heard in the Sixth District Magistrate’s Court the Bronx.

The Bronx company was served with a summons by Maurice Goldstein, inspector in the office of Arthur Simon, Health Department investigator in charge of Kashruth.
