The convention of the Mizrachi Hatzair, organization of religious Zionist youth, concluded here last night with the election of Miss Sheila Stillman, of Brooklyn, as national president. Miss Stillman is a graduate of the Brooklyn College and of the Jewish Theological Seminary. Mr. Kapol Bender of Cape Town, Sooth Africa, who is a student of the Yeshiva University in New York, was elected vice-president.
The closing session was addressed by Abraham Harman, director of the Israel Office of Information. A testimonial dinner was given to 20 members of the Mizrachi Hatzair who are flying to Israel tomorrow to participate in a summer program of work and study under the auspices of the Jewish Agency.
