Georgiu Zenguilekov, Bulgaria’s new Minister to Israel, presented his credentials to President Itzhak Ben Zvi today. Mr. Zenguilekov extolled “the friendly relations existing between the Bulgarian people” and the people of Israel. Mr. Ben Zvi, in his reply, stressed Israel’s devotion to peace and understanding among nations.
