Ten deputies today introduced into the Paraguayan Parliament a bill to prohibit Jewish immigration completely. Visas issued to European Jews had been cancelled by a retroactive Government decree issued on Nov. 18, causing the detention of 500 refugees in Montevideo, Uruguay, when they arrived en route to Paraguay.
