The news service of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency from Palestine and Europe will be extended in accordance with a plan which was worked out by Jacob Landau, managing director, upon his recent return from Europe to the United States.

Victor M. Bienstock, managing editor of the Jewish Daily Bulletin, left for London Friday night on the Cunard White Star liner Berengaria to carry out this plan. He will be stationed at the London J.T.A. office and will be in charge of the entire service.

Mr. Bienstock was on the staff of the New York World and later of the Herald Tribune before he joined the Jewish Daily Bulletin. His work in Europe will be devoted to the J.T.A. exclusively.

A cordial send-off was given Mr. Bienstock Friday by the staff of The Bulletin several hours before his departure. A large number of friends came to see him off at the boat.
