Among the persons to address the Polish Socialist Congress which has opened here was a representative of the Bund, who greeted the Congress in the name of the Jewish proletariat of Poland.

Mrs. Phillips, well-known leader of the British Labor Party, who is visiting Poland, is among the guests. Mrs. Phillips expressed the hope that the problem of minority nationalities would be solved satisfactorily. As an example, she cited the various races compsoing the British Empire who manage, more or less, to live together in peace.
