Melchior, leading German Jewish financier and authority on economics, was named as an, assistant of the German government’s representatives to the Reparations Commission, which will arrive at a plan for a final solution of the reparations problem. Dr. Melchior is associated with the firm of Max Warburg in Hamburg.
