California Assembly Passes Bill Creating F.e.p. Commission

The California Assembly, meeting in Sacramento, passed a bill creating a Fair Employment Practices Commission. The bill now goes to the Senate where no FEPC measure has ever been reported to the floor.

Former Gov. Earl Warren now U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice, tried repeatedly to get an FEPC bill passed Gov Knight has not called for FEPC legislation.
