Canada’s prime minister appointed a lawyer and activist in Montreal’s Jewish community to the country’s Senate. Yoine Goldstein, 71, who specializes in bankruptcy, insolvency and commercial litigation, has been an active member of Montreal’s Jewish community for many years and served for two years as president of Federation CJA.
