Reporting to today’s meeting of the Cabinet here on his recent visits to Paris, Washington, London, Ottawa and United Nations headquarters, Israel’s Foreign Minister Abba Eban told the Cabinet that Paul Martin, Canada’s Minister for External Affairs, has accepted his invitation to visit Israel. Mr. Eban extended that invitation to Mr. Martin when he visited Ottawa 10 days ago.
