Cantor of Chicago Temple Invited to Perform Services in Rumania

For the first time since the Second World War, a cantor from a western country will conduct services in Rumania when Cantor Maurice Roman of Temple Isaiah Israel here, performs at services in Temple Choral, the main synagogue in Bucharest, on November 19. Cantor Roman, a native of Rumania, was invited to conduct the services by Dr. Moses Rosen, Chief Rabbi and president of the Jewish Federation of Rumania.
