Congressman Emanuel Celler will be the principal speaker at national memorial services to be held by the Jewish War Veterans of U. S. next Sunday at Temple Emanu-El, Fifth Avenue and Sixty-fifth Street. A parade from Ninety-second Street and Lexington Avenue will precede the services.
Morris Florea will be grand marshal of the parade. Solomon A. Fineberg, chaplain-in-chief, will preside over the services at the temple. Congressman Celler’s address will be broadcast over Station WJZ from 11:30 a. m. to noon.
