Mrs. Jeanette Miller, national chairman of the Pioneer Women of Great Britain and wife of Dr. S.A. Miller, a vice president of the Zionist Federation, has been declared the victor in an election for the Golders Green ward seat on the Hendon (London) Borough Council. Mrs. Miller ran as a Laborite.
