The Ministry of Justice has confirmed the report that the government prosecutor was ordered not to take legal proceedings against Adolph Hitler, for his recent conspiracy against the German Republic. A statement to this effect was made by the Socialist Deputy Kuntner.
Minister of Justice Heinze, the Socialist deputy said, had admitted that proceedings against the anti-Semitic Fascisti leader were dropped although he was legally culpable.
