Charles I. Schwat was sworn in as president of the Jewish Center here for a second term as the organization celebrated the fourth year of its existence. District Attorney Colden of Queens was guest of honor at the meeting. Mrs. Pauline Nova, honorary head of the Jewish Center sisterhood, also was present.
