Chassidic Feud Leads to Split in Community

The feud between the followers of the two Chassidic rabbis of Belz and Munkacz has resulted in a split in the Jewish community of Munkacz.

One hundred Chassidic families in Munkacz, followers of the Rabbi of Beiz, have seceded from the Munkacz Kehillah and declared that they will from a separate community.
