Myron E. Herzog, a prominent Chicago Jewish communal leader, has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of the B’nai B’rith Foundation, the fund-raising arm of the organization, Mr. Herzog, a member of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Commission, succeeds Paul Kapelow, of New Orleans.
