Chicago Jews formed a committee of 100 here today to raise $100,000 for the aid of rabbis in Russia. Bernard Horowich, bank president, heads the committee which is planning city-wide mass meetings to arouse the city’s Jewry to the serious situation of the Jewish religious leaders in Russia.
