Chicago Judge Denies Motion for New Trial for Anti-nazi

Judge William E. Helander denied a motion for a new trial sought by Dr. Martin Zeisler, 36, of 3256 Lawrence avenue, who was found guilty of disorderly conduct in the Municipal Court Wednesday and fined $5.

Dr. Zeisler was arrested June 11 in front of the German consulate, 520 North Michigan avenue, when he refused to leave the place as ordered by the police, who proceeded to beat him up.
