Chicago Will Perform Bloch’s Sacred Service

The first Chicago performance of Ernest Bloch’s Avodeth Hakodesh (sacred service) will be presented by a cantor and chorus at Temple Sholem, directed by Lawrence Goldberg, some time in May, it was announced today. The performance will be open free to the public.
