Capt. Robert F. Workman, Chief of Chaplains in the United States, Navy, was guest of honor here at a reception tendered by the Jewish National Council and the Palestine Journalists Association. Capt. Workman was accompanied by Lieut.-Com. Joshua Goldberg of New York. A silver embossed bible was presented to Capt. Workman by Isaac Ben-Zvi, president of the Council, who paid tribute to the United States activities in behalf of Jewish refugees.
