A day of fast and prayer for Palestine Jews, aroused over the infringement upon their right of access to the Western Wall of the Temple, was proclaimed for Monday, October 22.
A proclamation to this effect was issued today by Rabbi A. J. Kook, Ashkenazic Chief Rabbi of Palestine.
