China’s president wore a yarmulka and laid a wreath at Israel’s memorial to the 6 million Jews killed in the Holocaust. During his visit to the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial in Jerusalem, Jiang Zemin wrote in the visitors book, “In memory of the Jewish victims who suffered in the Second World War.”
