Homer Ferguson of Michi(##)n. Other sponsors of the measure are Sens, Joseph H. Ball, H. Alexander Smith, John W. Bricker, John S. Cooper, Leverett Slatonstall, Wayne Morse, Carl A. Hatch (##)d J. Howard McGrath.
