Dr. Chaim Weizmann is still in Lisbon and will leave for New York on the next available trans-Atlantic Clipper, according to cabled advices received today by the Zionist Organization of America. The terminus of the trans-Atlantic airline is being changed to Baltimore from Port Washington, L.I., because winter conditions make landings at the northern port unsafe.
