A reception will be tendered by the Western Jewish Institute and the Sisterhood in honor of Rabbi S. M. Neches on Thursday evening, July 26. The occasion is the conferring of the degree of Doctor of Hebrew Law upon the Rabbi at the Pacific Coast University.
The chief speaker will be Dean E. A. Kline, president of the University. Others slated to address the reception include Samuel Reichler. President of the Institute; Mrs. Louis Friedland, President, Sister of the Institute, and Arthur S. Wolpe, Secretary of the Institute.
