A testimonial dinner to George M. Cohan and Sam H. Harris will betendered in the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Astor tonight by the Jewish Theatrical Guild. The dinner will feature an all-star show. Among the stars expected to attend are:

Ethel Waters, Rudy Valle, Rubinoff, Morton Downey, Borrah Minevitch and his Harmonica Rascals, Will Mahoney, Armida, Gus Edwards, and Eddie Cantor and George Jessel, respectively president and vice-president of the Guild.
