Premier Otto Braun and Minister of Interior Karl Severing were ousted for the second time yesterday by order of President Paul von Hindenburg on the ground that the decision of the Supreme Court on October 25, 1932, charged him with establishing order in Prussia.

Vice-Chancellor Franz von Papen was entrusted with the powers of Braun and Severing.
