A more energetic policy based on the operations of the Arabs is to be pursued in Palestine by the Communist International, according to a report reaching here. The Central Committee of the Communist Party is reported to have formally undertaken to carry out the new program which the party organ, “Pravda,” describes as “Arabization of the Communist Party in Palestine.”
