The Soviet authorities of Semferpol have granted the Jewish Communist organization “Idgeskom” the monopoly of the Passover Matzos business. The “Idgescom” will have the exclusive concession of the manufacturing, while the local Jewish Sections of the Communist party will be in charge of the distribution.

Those Jews in Semferpol not willing to patronize the Idgeskom will have to go without the Passover bread, says the announcement. The proceeds from the sale of Matzos will be used by the Idgeskom for supplying the poor.
