Condoleezza Rice will address Jewish leaders at the annual conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. The national security adviser will represent the Bush administration, along with John Negroponte, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and William Burns, assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs. The policy conference is scheduled to run from March 30 through April 1.
