The international conference of the Union of League of Nations Societies opened its sessions here today. M. Kiroff, president of the Association of League of Nations Societies in Bulgaria opened the conference.
The first session was addressed by Prime Minister Liaptcheff and Professor Francois Aulard, of the University of Paris, and leader in the French Union of League of Nations Societies.
