A convention of liberal Jews with 130 delegates participating was held here yesterday. Among those who attended were Rabbi Israel Mattuck and Lillian Montague from London, Rabbis Zeligman, Vogelstein, Lehman, Heinrich Stern, Geiger and Woyda from Germany, and representatives of the Breslau kehillah.
Rabbi Stern reported on activities and the political situation while general-secretary Goetz reported on the organizational situation. After lengthy discussions a new executive was elected including Rabbis Gieger and Stern.
