Congregation Sinai, organized four years ago to serve the growing Jewish population in the northern sections of Milwaukee, launched a $300,000 building fund drive today for construction of a new temple in Fox Point which will provide school and other facilities. The congregation is affiliated with the Union of American Hebrew Congregations.
