Rosa Ponselle and Nino Martini will sing at a benefit concert at the Metropolitan Opera. House on February 3, under the auspices of the Manhattan chapter of the women’s division of the American Jewish Congress. Mrs. Jacob M. Ross is chairman of the group.
Proceeds will be used to help maintain the American Jewish Congress House, a recreation center and temporary shelter for refugees from Nazi Germany.
