The 36the annual congress of Zionist organizations in Chile opened here last night with the participation of 200 delegates representing various Zionist groups in the country. Principal speakers at the opening session included Matias Schapiro, president of the Zionist Federation, and Dr. Arieh Kubovy, Israel’s Minister to Chile.
