The House Foreign Affairs Committee today cut $100,000 from military aid funds for the Middle East.
This reduction will be taken from the $405,212,637 requested for military assistance to Iran, Greece, and Turkey as well as the Israel-Arab area. The cut represented the first action by the Committee which will continue work on the measure.
