Congressional support for Israel will remain steadfast no matter which party wins next week’s election, AIPAC said. The unsolicited statement sent to media Wednesday by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee appeared to be in response to a barrage of recent Republican Jewish Coalition ads saying support for Israel has eroded among Democrats.
