The Israel Government has agreed that contributions to the Jewish National Fund and to the Keren Hayesod will be deductible from income taxes, it was announced here today by Moste Sharett, chairman of the Jewish Agency executive, at the first national convention of the combined JNF-Keren Hayesod national committees. Mr. Sharett also emphasized the need for greater contributions to the two institutions because of increased immigration.
