Social Justice, Father Coughlin’s weekly magazine, announces withdrawal of support from the America First Committee, complaining that Gen. Robert E. Wood, a leader of the committee, barred hawkers of Social Justice from an America First meeting. The paper declares: “The Christian Front is looking around for leadership in high places–leaders around whom the common people can assemble.”
