Court Dismisses Munich Games Suit

A German court dismissed a $28 million damage suit brought against the government by 22 relative of the 11 Israeli athletes killed at the 1972 Munich Olympics.

The judge said the plaintiffs had already been compensated some $1 million under the terms of a 1973 agreement in which they agreed not to pursue any further claims in the case.
