Crime Increase During Last Year in Palestine

An increase in the member of crime cases in Palestine during (###) over 1927 is seen from the (###) made public by the Police Department.

During 1928 there were 4,235 crimes (###) as compared with 3,656 during 1927. There were 118 murders in (###) while in 1927 there were 84. Of(###) against women and morality numbered 409 in 1928 and 345 in 1927. There are in Palestine prisons today (###) prisoners, of whom 81 are Jews. In 1927 the Palestine prisons held 1,954 prisoners.
