A Czech traitor named Frantisek Rechacek was sentenced today to life imprisonment by a Peoples Tribunal for torturing Jews to obtain favors from the Nazis.

The prosecutor had demanded the death penalty, insisting such people must be eliminated from the Czech community. Witnesses testified Rechacek was worse than the Gestapo.
