Czech Jewish leaders gave a mixed reaction to the news that Germany agreed this week to pay out some $110 million to Holocaust survivors in former Soviet bloc countries during the next four years. Tomas Kraus, executive director of the Jewish community, said he was happy but the action should have come sooner.
