Says American Jews Don’t Send Money They Promised (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

The occasion of the address of Col Leopold H. Amery, British Colonial Secretary, delivered in Ottwa to a deputation of American and Canadian Zionists, was utilized by the “London Daily Express,” anti-Zionist paper, to renew its attack on Zionism.

Declaring the whole enterprise to be a failure, the “Express” declares that American Jews are not sending the money they had promised to Palestine and that the income of the Palestine government is decreasing, resulting in stagnation of trade. The paper also expresses doubt of the prospects for the development of the Dead Sea concession.
