Damascus will not allow an Israeli early-warning station on the Golan Heights under a future peace deal, according to Syria’s foreign minister. Farouk al- Sharaa told a pro-Syrian Lebanese newspaper that Syria has “refused completely” to keep an Israeli ground station anywhere on the Golan.
